Deceptive sales practice has non-english speaker sign a "non-refundable" fee for service you dont need

My wife, non-English speaker was given a deceptive power sale telling her that her situation would get very difficult if she did not sign the document and paid $850 on the spot. Being the good trusting person she is, she signed and paid. Later we found out through two other lawyers that those services were unnecesary and that we don't even need a lawyer. Within less than 4 hours we let Sherin know NOT to do any work.

She boldly said "too bad, you signed a legal document saying I get to keep your $850 no matter what!" She had no qualms about it. This is a fraud and a person with no conscience. I have never encountered anything quite like it especially given that she continues doing it as is clear from the many other complaints. I wish we had seen the posts here and not have gone to her in the first place. Save yourself from an unfortunate situation with this fraudulent unethical scum of the earth woman. She is precisely why lawyers get a bad name.
