One word: Thieves.
I called in, got a quote for $25 for one room. They came, ended up really being over 100 FOR ONE ROOM. Since they were already there and I took time off work, I used them. One guy came, he cleaned, he left all in a matter of 20 min. The carpet, after it dried, was still filthy. They did a horrible job, overcharged, and would not follow up on the multiple appointments I attempted to schedule afterwards. I talked to Alan, supposedly some owner, who scheduled two appointments where I had to take time off work to come and no one showed up. He would not return my calls or send anyone to my house to honor the guarantee they made when they first came. Honestly, they do not need to be in business. I have never had a problem like this before.
