SLEEPY'S Unreliable, lying, prejustice people

This company is so unprofessional. They delivered the mattress what they sold me over the phone. It wasn't good (I requested a special one for my back) so I sent it back, but before they hardly gave me any time to try it out. I think they do this, because their 30 day policy is very tricky. If you send it back the same they no charge, bnut if you want to exchange it the next day they charge you $175. I cancelled my order but a GM called me and offered a different mattress, so I took it. Now this delivery was more disastare, then the first one.

They wanted to set up the mattress on my driveway, because they didn't want to waste their time if I don't like it. I didn't go for, since I told them it's a $5000 mattress, but their quick respond was you paid only $2,300. They put the mattress in the bed, but used the old boxsprings. After trying it out I like it so asked them to replace the old boxsprings with the new one. That when they dropped the boxspring on my beautiful hand carved mahogany bed and damaged it. They said not to worry it was an accident and they are insured. O fcourse the company promised to take care of it and even offered mattress cover, pillows and sheets, but I haven't received anything yet. Only a very prejustice representative by the name of Donna Riggi, who was lying and wouldn't give out their insurance company's name to put a claim in.

Be aware when you are dealing with them!!! Even better, DON"T DEAL WITH THEM
