Our company hauled several loads for Gary Haas AKA: GH Recycling based in Maryland. After many attempts to contact Gary about payment for our services, we are still trying to collect. Our dates of service were 3/18,4/03,4/21. Federal transportation regulations state that it is a federal offense to not pay Interstate Commercial Transportation invoices. Mr. Haas could be looking at Federal prosecution. If anyone else has any unclaimed invoices from Mr. Haas, we need to get together and file a lawsuit together... Not sure if this qualifies for a Class Action Lawsuit or not.
Warning to all trucking companies: do not haul for this guy! He is a crook!!!
