To add to my last complaint. When the time comes to cancel our contract it just so happens the PCI dept. Will have taken out there $124.75. Also another lye from Brent Haas was we were suppose to pay $55.00... This company has been the WORST to deal with. Customer service is tragic. The company does NOT back up what the sales rep (Brent Haas from Laconia NH) told us. He has yet to make good on his word. We did sigh a contract but NEVER recieved the last 5 pages!!! How convenient is that!!!
