They will tell you that they have refunded your money but they don't!

So, phone agent source is a company that will look up phone number and will give you the name of the person in which it belongs to for $1. The information is instant.
Well, in my case there was no information attatched to the number, I contacted customer service online, of course. And asked for my refund. Which they said they would refund the one dollar.
On my credit card I was charged 18.95 because I did not close the account. I thought that getting a refund was just that, but I guess not.
I am in the process of trying to contact anyone at this company to speak to and will try to get a full refund but if not. I will just cancel my credit card and get a new one. This service will not give you anymore information about who is calling you than it is worth.
My lesson is... It doesnt matter to me if some idiot calls my phone and hangs up. Its not worth my time or even a dollar to care. I just don't answer now. Annoying service... Annoying prank caller...
