Didn't deliver or refund money

I requested cigarettes on Oct. 7 and also have not gotten them. I've sent them numerous occasions. Did get a contact from their store declaring these were having a an issue using the State-Of Ny. Have no idea exactly what the issue is. I applied an e check for cost and concern that I've dropped that cash because they are not likely to return it.

Got a contact from Don at Large Buffalo Cigarette nowadays 11-17-10 looking to get me to-order cigarettes!!! They're managing a fraud...
