My business coach never told me about a three day refund only policy, his objective was to get as much advertizing funds as he could get out of me

I was contacted by Michael Porter who said he was my business coach. I was mislead from the very beginning. I was told I only had to pay a one time only fee of $250 for everything I would need to get start and they would do it all. The only thing I would need to do is spend approximately one hour a week with my coach. I also was told I had a 90 day - 100% money back guarantee, should I decide this wasn't right for me. This was on 3 November by Matt Patton 1 (866) 635-7158 at America's Web Mall. I also spoke to his supervisor Jessie, which she just wanted to repeat and confirm all that Matt Patton said.

On 10 November I was then contact by Michael Porter and found out that was not the only expense I would have to in cure. I was very unsure now and very leery. It truly took a lot for him to convince me to go with his aggressive advertising plan. I didn't have enough money with credit cards, so he tried every which way from Sunday to get the money one way or another.

The only money I had was money my Grandmother left me when she passed this May. I explained to him I had lost my Mother in April and immediately assumed full care of my Grandmother who had Alzheimer's. I wouldn't of had the money if it would had been for my Grandmother leaving it for me in the event of her passing.

Now, I've me lied to and my money stolen from me. You would like to think with all I've been through honesty would be expected. Michael Porter never once told me I only had three days from the day he took my money to request a refund or I couldn't get it back at all. This is absolutely absurd and completely wrong. Very unprofessional business practice.

All I want is fairness and I didn't get that at all. I simply want my money back, the money that was left to me by my Grandmother. That is all the money I have for I don't have employment at this time and having that $5000 dollars in the bank is my safety net. I need it in the bank for emergencies and unexpected things that happen in day to day life. I don't need to be ripped off by lying, cheating, dishonest people.
