Ripoff

Was supposed to pick up goods from two different locations, after picking up at the first, the movers said they would not go to the second. Told me i had to pay more money to go to second location, even though contract was already signed. Would not deliver goods until paid. When delivery driver came with goods, I tipped him $20 and he told me that he usually gets 20 percent of the total bill. Manager refused to call me back or return any of my letters. Denied any contract even though I had copy.
