Purchased Wholesale Products - Never Received Them

On September 16, my company purchased $1,100 worth of ladies tube tops from Dot Fashion in New Delhi, India. The quantity was for 200 tops. To this day, we have never received them, nor received an explanation, phone call, nor email as to when we were to expect them. We have written to them a dozen times with finally one response last week from Mr. Pradyut, who is the Proprietor of the company. On November 12, he said he would "positively" respond by tomorrow (Nov 13th), but he never did. And even when I tried to contact him on that day, as well as on the 14th, I have yet to hear from him. I want to know when I will have my paid products delivered.
