Horrible customer service

Toughest customer support I Have actually undergone! The sales person was excessively rude and may care less that I'd obtained the incorrect product. After I requested to talk to a supervisor, he hung-up on me. I called back and he screamed at me he previously explained to deliver it back easily did not enjoy it, but he wasn't prepared to inform me exactly what the process is to get my account acknowledged. Please alert people to not actually purchase out of this supply!
