Brighthouse networks of Central Florida is conning clients using their timeguard "insurance". I have had timeguard for a long time since changing from Directv to Brighthouse. I had been informed that timeguard might cover-all wire alternative from home part to televisionis. Today I am told "NO", it generally does not actually protect something. Unless you contact support to get a difficulty together with your gear, not theirs. Duh, why could I contact them in regards to a difficulty with my Televisionis? In a telephone call together they stated it just addresses their gear, but used to donot require timeguard for that. However in their timeguard sign up type it claims it handles home visits. That will be it? They are producing 100is of a large number of bucks with this fraud and that Iam deleting this today.
