Our instyler smashed on November 4th PRECISELY twelve months after getting it. I named customer support and was informed the waranty expired about the day of purchase NOT THE DATE RECEIVED! I will show it was not received until nov. 4th! Today I've a $100-plus bit of CRAP! Do not spend your own time or cash with this bit of crap!
