Scam artists

They originally offered me a personal loan because of my credit i couldn't get a home loan to buy a house.
We gave them the collateral they asked for then miraculously the lender backed out. We could get a refund but only on the 5th of the month.
We were talking to a gentleman named peter dawson who is supposed to be a account exec.
All we got from these people was a contract a letter of guarantee and the priviledge to say we were scammed. I keep everything even were we sent the money via western union.
