Euro Transport International Refused to take payment for insurance and when goods were damaged in transit, refused to pay cost of repairs

I used www.intlmovers.com? To obtain a quote to move 2 brand new items of furniture from the manufacturer to my door. Euro Transport responded with a quote which I accepted. I then asked them to confirm that it was door to door and they sent me a reply email with a new quote adding $400 to transport the goods from the manufacturer to their terminal. They then also stated that I would have to collect the goods from the shipping terminal in my country. I was disheartened that they refused to honour their original quote but as time was a factor and their price seemed quite good, I went ahead with the consignment.
They sent me the paperwork and payment form which I completed, scanned and sent back to them. I annotated on that form to also deduct an additional 3% for full coverage insurance as per the front page. The form states that by signing the form, I am authorising them to use the credit card for the services described.
