Serratos BAD BREEDER! Doesnt honor contract

We purchased a dog from these people. Signed the contract, got a health guarantee.
Took our dog to the vet to be checked out and neutered, rabies shots ect.
We had heard him doing some weird chocking thing, we had told the breeders they didnt seem to think it was a big deal. Well when we picked or dog up at the vet they informed us that our dog needs surgery on his throat and nose.
