Refuse to pay me money!

Sandra Kline of Maryland at Tuckerpaws Cattery agreed to take over a contract from another cat breeder whom I had sold a Champion CEW named Sydney. The only thing she had to do was give me a kitten back. (the contract originally had one stud service). I also let her know I could extend the time she had to give me a kitten back. To make the story short, the last email i received stated that she had to pet Sydney out and what did I want to do with the contract? And that most of his litters did not survive. I emailed her and stated the obvious, that she could pay me the $400.00 (she had not paid me anything) and she could do it in installments. The $400.00 is what is stated in the contract that she signed. Well I have never heard back. I am in the process of suing her. I have had many other breeders come to me and state she also either owes them a kitten or money back. She has done a lot of damage. From what it seems she may have sold Sydney as a breeder for 800.00 (trying for 1,000) and have heard that he bred 'cute' kittens (a contradictory of what she said).

If anyone knows any info on this individual please email me. I have the contract, all necessary signatures, all her emails etc etc etc. If anyone can shed any light on what happened to "Sir Spunky Sydney" (Champion) a copper eyed white please let me know.
