Overcharged for Rental, 3 months now, no refund!

Rental on line, contract price confirmed for 16 days out of Pisa, Italy, reference # 1319942. Local agent: Firefly Car Rental (prev. Advantage, subsidiary of Hertz). Computer software glitch resulting in a 161.28 Euros overcharge to my credit card. Documented follow up with Economy Car Rentals, numerous times... Economy blames Firefly for no response back to them. All I get is sympathy, but NO REFUND.
Followed up with inquiry to Herrtz, 2 weeks ago under ref.# 130928-000289... Nothing frpm Hertz.
Absolutely pathetic service from Economy Car Rentals... Professionals at Passing the Buck. Still waiting for my refund
