Midatlantic Water Proofing has been a problem for me for going on 3 years now, cot excuse making, on why and how i still get water damage in my finished basement even with a 100%guarantee of the pump system they installed for $6000.00.in my latest episode of water in my basement. A service tech came out and said that my battery backup was no good and replaced it, BUT THE POWER NEVER WENT OUT!!! This had no reason on why my system could not keep up with the water and did not pump it out fast enough.

I have made numerous calls to them and would rather put blame on a NOR Easter, than say that their system works properly and back up their product... All i have ever asked for is a carpet cleaning, to try and save my carpet, but they would rather pay a tech to come replace my pumps that they say are working, than pay a carpet cleaner a hundred bucks or so, to help me with the cleanup that i have alredy over a thousand dollars on de-humidifiers, baseboard trim and drywall. I think this company and its management is a joke, and make sure you try all available options before you do business with this company.
