I just finished paying for satellite direct and gave all my credit card information and was unable to down load the program, when I tried to get help the on line chat person gave me a web address but it was not accessable. I tried the other web addresses mention in the sales agreement but they were also unavailable. My money has been taken but I have no goods to show for it. How do I get the program to run? Or how can I get my money back.
