Triple Billed for Single Bin

We used this company to supply a bin when we were moving my elderly mother from her large house into senior living. She arranged for the bin to be delivered and it wasn't of sufficient size so we needed to get the full bin hauled away after the first day and a new one delivered. Although they couldn't supply another bin for a couple of days they did supply a second bin.
They date of the initial service was 21-Jun, and my mother's credit card was billed on this date. The second bin showed up on the 24-Jun, but her credit card was not billed until 9-Jul. Another bin rental charge was applied against her credit card on 24-Aug. When she received her credit card statement in early September she contacted the company and was assured that the 24-Aug charged would be deleted.
When she received her credit card statement in early October, the charge had not been deleted. Since she only pays what is owed on her credit card, she was subject to interest charges on all of her purchases for them month and was subject to an $88 interest charge. (That's another complaint entirely). When she tried to contact this company in early October they pretended that there was a problem with her phone and that they couldn't hear her.
She eventually did re-contact them and have a discussion, but they couldn't give her an immediate answer as to why she was over charged and why the charge was not reversed. They said that they would phone back the same day with an answer. They did not call back for three business days, and when she tried to phone back and talk to the same person they were busy and she was assured that her call would be returned. Her call wasn't returned for two days, so she contacted her credit card company to dispute the charge.
When she contacted her credit card company (VISA) to dispute the charge, amazingly they credited her for the interest charge and also disputed the last two of the three charges for bin rental, even though the second charge was legitimate. The credit card company would have disputed all of the charges, but the 21-Jun charge was older than 90 days so they couldn't.
The person she dealt with at the credit card company stated that this was a common occurance with waste removal companies, especially when contractors are involved. They try to confuse the issue for 90 days and then its too late to do anything about it. I've watched all six seasons of Sopranos, but I doubt that anyone's going to get hurt over disputing a $350 overcharge but you never know.
I wouldn't do business with this company again. If you do then watch your credit cards.
