Ripoff not promptly restoring long distance service, didn't provide billing discount, lied runaround, couldn't provide answers

Our long distance was cutoff apr 3 weeks ago while company was attempting to switch over the long distance service from dialing a number similar to phone card and then entering addtional account codes to being able to dial the number directly. Attempts to contact the company has led to repetive lying, runarounds, and not being able to provide information about when the service will be restored. This has caused emotional distress do to the fact we cant call family members or friends that live outside of our local calling plan.
