Barbara Carpenter Extremely Unprofessional!

The very next day of the party I called Barbara Carpenter tocancel 1 of the 5 items I ordered. Barbara was very rude and bothered. She saidit was too late she had already submitted the order. She said we needed to waitfor the items to come in. The day I received the items I called her again tomeet with her. She was extremely rude and unprofessional she said she was outof town for 3 weeks and she would call me when she returned. Three weeks laterI texted her requesting a place and time to meet to return the item and she text me her address and said she would be home after 8pm. I had a gut feeling she would be thereearlier and drove 40 minutes to her house and she would not open the door. Herdog was barking and someone told the dog to shut up and still they did notopen the door. All I needed to dowas give them the item so she could refund my credit card.
Barbara Carpenter does not have good business practices. Althoughthe code of ethics behind the Party Lite receipt states cancelations within 3days have no penalties she refused to take my merchandise.
