United financial made my credit worse

I had 5 credit cards being used and owed $20,000. I used United Financial Systems, Inc. To take money from my checking account once a month to pay these Credit Companies. On more than 5 or 6 occasions they were not paid on time and I was charged late fees. On one company my bill was down to $32.00. It was not paid on time and it went back up because of late charges. If I knew that UFS inc; was this bad I would have not used them. They are awful. I called them dozens of times and could not get through. When I did get through I spoke to the customer service dept. And they said they would get back to me. It took them 3 weeks to find the problem. The problem is still not fixed.
