Job offer without interview and request for side money to get paperwork / visa work permit in orde

Got an offer of employment in Nigeria from Dass petro. No interview. Very vague reference to my duties. Then request for "side money" to get visa and work permit organized, though there is a promise of two months salary payable in advance, naturally after you've paid your side money. I checked their web address and found what looks like a cut and paste job. They have the same/similar ads running on at least 20 job portals offering the same jobs in different countries. Dr Frank Bayo email also changes almost daily and they not quite sure what the name of their local representative company is as this also has variations around Climax Travel Agency. Careful, Beware the also ask for a scanned copy of your ID/Passport
