Dear Massimo (Maxx),

I am writing this letter per my legal counsel in response to our last phone call conversation. I do so regretfully.

I will not revisit the 7 emails previously sent although they are available and will serve as record along with the police report written and filed by Fleming County Sheriff's Department on July 4th.

My family has incurred damages that we are still documenting from a negligent move. While I understand you did not pack the truck and cause the damage, nor did Bob Jones, your representative whom I do trust, you did hire and empower these three gentlemen to represent your company and handle our belongings.

I did not hire them or contract with them.
