Ripoff order for slippers and boots, ordered on October 20 have not received merchandise or refund check

We ordered on October 20 slippers and boots the check was cashed on October 27, Merchandise was suppose to be sent by now. We have not tried to contact by mail or phone. From the remarks I am reading it would not help us in any way to either retrieve our merchandise or money back. Please help.
