Ripoff/Scam Artists

Just as the other person stated in their complaint, this scam company (RBS) calls in the evening and asks to speak to a manager. She then asks my manager if she would confirm our printers for shipment of paper. Thinking this person is with a company we DO buy our printer products from which happens to be called RDS (Retail Data Systems. They are very reputable), my manager tells her the printer model. A few weeks later we get a package delivered with thermal paper and magnetic cleaning swipes for a credit card machine
both of which do not work in any of our machines. All for the low low price of $298 including shipping. As I'm reading the invoice ENCLOSED the box it states that our delivery acceptance signature is confirmation of the order and acceptance of the product. I instantly call the number on the invoice in an attempt to tell them to pick it up. The phone goes to a random customer service center and of course they have neither the invoice number or the customer number listed as ours in their system. She tells me it can take up to a week to show in their system. I explain the invoice says to call with in 24 hours.
Needless to say I neither paid to return the product and they never called me back until now. To which their very rude and disrespectful "customer service" rep is now constantly calling for payment. I explained I will gladly send the product back once they issue a return shipping tag OR pay the invoice when they can produce a PO # issued by me. That seemed to upset her even more.
