I ordered product from this company it said i onlyhad to pay for the shipping so I received a shipping invoice that was for $11.96.
When i received the product i looked into my account and saw that they had taken out $ 198.81.
I immediately called them and told them i would return the product because i had not used it and they told me they do not do returns. I then asked to speak with a manager, to which they replied she was out. I left my name and number and was told that she would call me back.
I then called back about 1/2 hour later and they said the manager (Elizabeth) was on the phone. So I have yet to hear from anyoneregarding this issue.
I do have the invoices for the shipping that i was suppose to be charged. On this invoice it has a total of $ 00 beside the products i purchased and only the charge for shipping.
