This company claims to sell military tactical supplies, but what they really do is steal money from people

On Thursday August 19th, my 13 year old grandson found this website (www.usmilitarysurplus.com) and placed an order. He had been looking for an army helmet for a long time. He saved up his weekly allowance to order this helmet. After the order was placed, we immediately received a confirmation and order number. It is now October 15th and we have still not received this order! I actually spoke to the "customer service" people at this company on September 21st to let them know we had not received the helmet. They told me it had shipped on September 9th. They blamed the mix-up on my having used standard mail instead of UPS, and said it must have gotten lost in the mail. They also said that if I didn't get it within a week, to call back. Of course, I didn't receive it so I called back on 9-28-10 and they said they would ship me a new one at no charge to me. I was given a UPS tracking number. When I track the package it shows that it is sitting in Cataula, GA. It has been sitting there since 9-30-10 with no movement whatsoever. I have attempted NUMEROUS times to contact this company again by e-mail and phone with no response at all. I have left messages and no one calls back. THIS COMPANY IS A RIP-OFF! They claim to sell military surplus, they want you to "donate used DVD's for troops. What are they going to do with those? Use them in their own homes I bet. Quoted from their website - "The choice for federal, state, and local law enforcement professionals for over 15 years" REALLY!?!?!?!? They are frauds and I only hope that other people will see my consumer complaints along with the other 3 on this website before they (or their children, or grandchildren) lose their money. I have already contacted my credit card company to report this, but I don't know what can be done at this point since they have already stolen my money. PLEASE don't use this company they are nothing more than thieves.
