When I called, I said I was interested in having my carpets steam cleaned and the guy answered "then why would you call us?" I thought it was a stupid joke and ignored it.in hind sight I get it. On the phone the guy told me that for an apartment 500 square foot or less it would be $39-49 dollars plus. 30 per spot. That sounded really good to me, so I had them come out. When they showed up, they told me it was going to be $127. I said that seemed really high and he said he would do it for $100. I had already moved most of the furniture, I am really busy right now, and my mother in law is coming into town on Friday so I said fine. They were done in 15 minutes and the carpet was completely soaking wet. It was still dirty around the edges. The remaining furniture looked like it had not been moved and I asked him if he cleaned under it and he said he had and that he put plastic under the legs. I reluctantly gave him my money. When they left, I pulled out the sofa and it was completely dry and filthy. There were even a couple of cheezits and a dried pea. They didn't even move the coffee table which is on sliders and not that heavy. There was a gray rectangle when I moved it out. They also said they used truck mounted equipment or whatever you call it and they showed up with some hoopty contraption. After spending $100 and waiting for them to show up, I spent my evening using my own shampooer and lots of towels to get the water up, moving furniture around, and shampooing the areas they ignored. They have many different phone numbers and business names and are extremely shady. I didn't trust them when I met them, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ended up being completely A* F*D by a couple of A* Clowns. Do Not Call These guys. You will totally regret it.
