I placed an order online on 7/8 and the money was removed from my account on 7/8. The amount is over $120.00 in august i realized that i had not received my merchandise and i contacted them using the "contact us" link on their website. I got a responsse the same day assuring me that the package had been sent and that they would investigate what happened and resend it. Again i waited and started contacting them again (numerous emails) in september. I finally got a response letting me know that my emails had (supposedly) been going into their spam folder and assuring me that i would receive my merchandise by the end of the week. That was dated 9/27 and it's now been 2 weeks. I need to know what else i can do???
