Glen's Market
"YES" card

Shops, Products, Services

On October 2, my receipt showed that I earned 1300 "YES" points then when I went in a week later, it showed that I had earned 150 points and my balance was also 150 points.

I pulled up my "account" and looked, on October 7, someone realized that I had not spent enough to earn the 1300 points and deducted them from my account, to which I was never notified of the error.

This is just another way that Glen's has figured out how to rip people off, besides their high prices (and always have been) - which are higher than everyone else, including a local gas station that recently added a small grocery store to the back. There is no reason that they should be charging more on their products than a locally owned Spartan store (one about 30 minutes away and the "home" store about an hour away) - since I would assume, they get their product off the same truck (or at least the one 30 minutes away does).

This just another reason to shop at Walmart, Meijer or Kroger!!
