Ripoff having the item ordered arrive in almost a month, when promised at 2 weeks. I will never deal with this company again

I had ordered the Battletops as Christmas gifts. I ordered the item on November 2nd, they charged my card on November 4th. I received the items ordered yesterday, Nov. 21st. I never received an email stating they had shipped them out. I have been trying the last week to find out where my order was. I am mailing back the order today, to get a full refund. I will never deal with this company again.
