I ordered the CSI Las Vegas Box Set and have been advised by email that the item has been shipped (1 month after initial order). Payment was taken out of my credit card on 14th November when the order was placed and the email to advise the item has been shipped was sent on 18th December. Still no response from them, no contact information and no access to their original website. I have ordered with them before without incident and am very disappointed. Would like a full refund.
