"Eddie" at Mr. Shipper
He refuses to return my gold and diamond Concord watch that I left with him to have the battery replaced

I brought my gold and diamond watch in to "Eddie" at Mr. Shipper's to have the battery changed at the beginning of July. I never saw my watch again.

The man refuses to return it to me and when I ask where it is, he says "I don't have it."

I have called him repeatedly and each time he promises to have it in his store on a specific date and when I come in, he is never there!

I have spoken to the police, and they say they have had many complaints about him and even have gone into his store to see him, but there is NOTHING that they can do!

I had a lawyer send him a registered letter demanding the return of my watch, but he never responded.

He obviously has stolen my watch and I am helpless to do anything about it.

I need help!
