Prepaid phone card prepaid Phone cards are spam

I bought a prepaid phone card from Total Call International Company. I used Talk world card as a single call to alow me to talk about 40 minuts straight as instruction said. However, I made a call after 13 minutes I heard a noises about one minute and then no sound from the other end of the call, followed by disconnection of the line by system.
I called customer service after this happed and they told me to call again after 24 hours to fix the issue. I tried again, but it was not fixed and customer service told me once again wait for 24 hours and call again.
I called again and talked to customer supervisers Owis and Vahid and few people in customer sevices and they refer me to wait and wait and finally after 5 days still they did not fix the issue and looks like they Rip-off me and hundred people as well.
