I was initially contacted by Kai Cremata in Mid- July. He informed me that we had money held in our name at the Orange County Clerk of Courts following a foreclosure on a timeshare property we had defaulted on. The Court held $11,086.34 in my name, Mr. Cremata offered to represent me in court and ask the court to remit the money directly to me, minus his ~11% commission.
