Philbricks doesn't pay thier vendors

I have been doing Property Preservation jobs for Philbricks Building Inspection since early this year. I have done 24 jobs for them ranging from $64.50 to $1240.00. I have aked and asked them about payments which is when I recieve a payment for a larger job to shut me up. Another month goes by the same happens. At this point I am over $5k in the hole with them and don't see anything coming my way. Yet Jackie Philbrick has this uncanny ability to convince you its coming and she is having trouble collecting herself from the companies she is dealing with. On I go. Then I Finally came to realize I have too much money outstanding in dump fees and, lock boxes and electronic dead bolts to let this ride any longer. At this point I have had enough and am ready to start filing liens against these properties I have worked on. Trouble is I do a fair amount of work for the same company they do business with. I would hate to loose that business where they are one of my primary sources of income at this point.

I have sent emails to get replies that they are working on it and hate to loose my abilities and INCOME I generate for them since they keep 10% which they never tell you about until your first payment. Jackie will bad mouth other property preservation companies such as Brian Mingham's company Pacfic Preservation which I have only done a couple of jobs for but have no issues with thier schedule of payment or payment at all.

I am signed up with 4 preservation companies currently and they are far the worst for payment. At first they keep you so busy you are happy the work is coming in and then when you have to start fighting to get paid thats another story. They do as previously stated by another want you to be part of thier family (what a joke unless they don't pay family as well as stated). They are an inticing company to partner with yet they seem to refuse to pay the vendors signed up with them.

I am at a lose here. I am teh kind of person to trust everyone until I get reason not to. Jackie is smooth as you may notice that Boyd always passes along the tough issues to her. She is convincing and yet soooo deciving as well.

I don't want others to fall into this trap of deception that I made myself into this time. I am much more cautious now.
