Sending me someone else water bill for thousands of gallons as my meter was switch with my next door resiendet who has leaks in his toilets

United condo Association Manager was sending someone else water bill and there was leakage which she ignored filimg several complaints non stop. Landlord hired plumber who was not licensed in VA Beach and refused to give me report from her plumber if there is any possible leakage.

In order to pay double amt. Water bill every 2 months, Landlord used condo manager to send voilation notices every week non stop saying there are objects on windos and wind chime on door and voilating condo rules and after 3 notice I will get voilation and possibly evict me. That s tactic used to retaliate me using condo voilations notices using condo managers they being same race and I being immigrant single woman and discriminated agaisnt me based on my status and nationality and try to threaten me to put pressure on me non stop to scam my $2000 deposits (Month and a half rent plus pet deposit) and spit between both parties.

Owner send many harassing and threatening emails saying she will not do any maintanace job and it is my responsibility and if I am not happy should be given 60 days notice to move out but $2000 deposit will not be refunded back to me.

I hired my own plumber and finding was there was leakage next door and my meter was connected with next door condo owner's condo and we been paying each others water bill. And he having water leakage his bill was twice which was forwarded to my landlord and pressuring me to pay those bills or will get evicted and used condo manager to retaliate against me.

I visited condo manager last month who promised to recalculate my water bill and refund my money back with plumber charge which I never heard from her since then after my 5 emails to her.

Same time landlord lyinmg to me non stop saying she paid water bill till Sept. And she send my name to collection and she will deduct those water bill from my $2000 deposit. She also refused to fix front door lock having problem since day one using hammar to open the door and I finally locked out yesterday. I emailed her giving her 12 pm time till next day to hire locksmith to break lock and install locks and AC and dishwasher. I broke my ankle jumping from fence when I locked out.

She emailed me saying I nedd to take care of all issue as it is my responsibilities. I informed her not to send any more emails further but certified mails as I am going to take her to court and have to pay my medical charges, punitive damages and maintance charges.

She send me Fed Ex letter yesterday for 90 days move out notice. As Att. Asking me to pay $300/hr, which I can't afford and my rent is current which is expiring this Dec. I need legal help ASAP. Thanks!
