Lady is a rip off

I paid $165 for a photoshoot for my daughter back in March. The lady changed the date for the photoshoot a few times and then made it on a date that I was having a birthday party for my daughter and since I would not be able to make it I asked for my money back.

She gave me a hard time about giving me my money back, so I asked if I could buy a tutu dress and hair bow and have the difference refunded and was told no problem. I told her I needed to by a certain date and she told me no problem it would be here before then. Well the date has come and gone and I still not have received it. She said it was mailed out and then she said it was sitting at her office. I have all emails saved from this lady too.

Do your research before placing an order with this lady. I should have. There is a facebook page on people she has ripped off. She also has complaints filed on here and on the BBB. I also left a complaint on the BBB.
