My daughter had to go the restroom, but the girls key broke on lock. I asked if I could use the men's, it was for my daughter, they said no the girls is out of order company policy wont allow it. I asked them to print my documents. Their printer ran out of paper & had a paper jam, while waiting for them to fix the problem I asked if I could use their restroom in their office they said that I could go somewhere & then come back while it gets fixed. I asked for my change back. Another lady offered to print the papers in another printer I said yes. When they thouhgt they had fixed the printer they retried printing & it got jammed again. The lady told the guy to just give me my money back, but they gave me my change instead. I raced home in time for my daughter to relief herself with just a little mess. This could have been avoided had they let my 4 yr old daughter use the men's restroom that by the way locks on its own. So no one could have gotten in the restroom without me letting them in. I have never been to a place where they would deny my daughter the use of a restroom because of our gender. They must not have kids. I would like to see the policy on who can use the restroom when one stall is out of service & the other one is not. I was upset & mad that they couldn't print the rest of my documents & let my daughter use the restroom. So I was rude in talking to them & the lady's were rude talking back to me, except for the guy that also was helping me.
