I placed an on-line order, 08/14/10 with this company. They took my money and I have yet to see my product. I have attempted to call the contact number numerous times and no answer. I also mailed a letter to this company in regard to my order and received nothing in return.
Their web site shows proof of my purchase yet the status of my order is "pending".
