Inaccurate and decptive reporting

This site is ridiculous. The site underestimates the value if homes by using the foreclosure data as well as data that is inaccurate such as square footage, no. Of rooms that apparently they get from the various taxing entities that is out of date or inaccurate. Even when you try to update the site it continues to use inaccurate data. I recently had an appraiser use the data for a mortgage. The site really does a disservice to all who own a home. Even prior to the current mortgage crisis the data was horrible.

As an examlpemMy home is twice as big as a home on my lake yet Zillow has the non comparable house at a 25% higher value.
