Severely inaccurate valuation with conflicting data - Irresponsible, malicious, and non-responsive

The Zillow valuations are severely inaccurate and provide conflicting data. I sent them information to correct the problem but they have been non-responsive. They are valuing homes across America with incomplete outdated and inaccurate data. They have been informed of these problems and have taken the attitude that this is not their problem. People have asked that they be removed from the list and they say no. They have been told it will lead to legal battles and they claim freedom of information and speech.

The site was brought to my attention by real estate people that are using the site to do thumb nail appraisals.

Based on educated opinion and what I have seen on this site it is contributing to the falling real estate prices and the economic down turn. This site is one factor that will contradict everything the economic stimulus plan of 2008 is trying to accomplish.

This sit needs to be improved or shut down it is destructive.

I wonder what the site operators value the homes they own on their site.?? $
