Elizabeth Had horse for 4 months of training to be broke to ride and didn't ride him, no explanation just took my money

I brought my 5 yr old Horse to her the winter of 08 through Feb 09 for training. She had him for 4 months total and when I came to pick him up in Feb you she would not even get on him. She said there was too much commotion because some one was dropping off a horse. She sent him home and told me to ride him. I thought that was odd and headed home. If She was not capable of working with this horse she should have sent him home in the 1st 30 days. I don't think expecting her to be able to ride a horse after 4 months is an unrealistic expectation.
