Fraudulant

I had entered "smoke away program" in my search box. I got lots of websites selling this. But the one i found by eva global was the cheapest. So i ordered it and paid c.O.D. I received the package and paid with a check. When i opened the package, it wasn't the smoke away program, it was a medication... Tramadol.
I sent the package back and put a stop payment on my check, feeling a little suspicious about the company. I found out later that they sell medications online and have about a hundred different websites. Now someone from the "investigative" department from eva global has been calling me saying that i need to pay them the money or i will face criminal charges for fraud. I am not paying for something i never received, let alone paying a company that i'm sure is selling medications illegally.
