AT&T
1-800-call-att outrageous per minute charges

I received 3 collect phone calls placed from Denver to Phoenix by way of 1-800-CALL-ATT. The total of all 3 calls was 37 minutes and the total bill was $66.51 including all the "special charges". That is an outrageous $1.79 per minute. One of the calls was 1 minute in length and I was charged an unbelievable $8.49 for that one minute call not including the "special charges".

I called AT&T to complain and was referred to an address in Florida to complain. I wrote a very polite letter asking for an adjustment and was handily ignored.

You don't save "a buck or two" with this service. It should be renamed 1-800-RIP-YOUOFF!!!
