Have not sent my redeption ckeck

I received a letter stating that I was due for a redemption check and i had 3 ways i could do it so I did it over the internet soI can get my check early that was in Feb. And I havent heard anything since. I have called and called but no response but we will check it for u. Still no response but they want their money and they my bill keeps getting higher and higher.
