Redemption Check Never Received After Online Request

I received a letter stating that I was due for a redemption check and i had 3 ways i could do it so I did it over the internet so I can get my check early that was in Feb. And I haven't heard anything since. I have called and called but no response but we will check it for u. Still no response but they want their money and they my bill keeps getting higher and higher.
