PaymentOne They've been charging us website hosting fee? We don't even have a website! What a scam fail!

I use verizon as my phone service provider. One day i received my statement and i have a $35.95 charge on top of my monthly service fee, and this $35.95 was described as (Bestwebusa.com web hosting monthly fee". Web hosting fee? What web hosting?! I dont even have a website! So I called verizon, and they told me that bestwebusa.com somehow got my authorization to put this charge on my verizon billing statement really wow. WTF so I called paymentOne (the phone number that was listed on my verizon billing statement), and they were nice enough to give me credit for this charge and canceled the service for me. Just watch out for those random charges
